WELCOME TO MARITZBURG EMERGENCY COLLEGE
Maritzburg Emergency College is a training institution specializing in education and training programmes relating to emergency and rescue services. Policies governing the operations within the college are those which advocates for a production of professional and disciplined emergency services graduates who will serve the community with dignity and absolute care.
Successful operation of the college has a direct positive impact in the provision of quality emergency services to the communities especially those affected by violence, trauma and other medical emergencies.
The college was established and registered in 2014; and is based in Pietermaritzburg, the capital city of KwaZulu-Natal.

Situated in the KwaZulu-Natal midlands our campus near Pietermaritzburg in Cedara provides students with the ideal learning environment with all the tranquility that will enable them to focus solely on their studies. Our facility not only has an exclusive view of the midlands meander but also has additional space for students to perform their physical fitness training.
